This three-hour class focuses on the Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement, Exclusive Right to Sell. It will cover what goes in the blanks, what the seller’s responsibilities are, what the broker’s responsibilities are. The Seller’s Disclosure Notice, other notices, and forms that are commonly used in a listing will also be discussed. At the conclusion of class students should have a clear understanding of listing documents to better serve their clients. This class concentrates on the documents which may be required in connection with the contracts and agreements used in Texas REALTORS everyday business practices. The content of this course centers attention on the 1-4 Family Residential Contract, the Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement, and the Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement. Historic Preservation is about telling the story of our city, neighborhoods, and homes. As a community, we preserve so that we can strengthen neighborhoods, build the local economy, provide economic, cultural, and environmental sustainability, create jobs, and tell the story of San Antonio. You will learn about the design review process and resources for you to share with your clients. Experts will help to dispel myths of owning historic property. During the course our team will teach you terminology about architectural styles and district context so that you’ll be prepped to market any house!
