The goal of this course is to equip the real estate license holder with pertinent information to enable them to price properties appropriately whether it’s for listing or making offers. It will provide greater understanding of the CMA’s to help the real estate license holder become more comfortable with the process of selecting appropriate property comparisons; how to make adjustments and where to go for quality information to ensure the most accurate assessment when calculating adjustments. Help enhance skills in creating accurate property valuations, reducing risk, and applying alternative valuation methods to properties under consideration.

This course by will provide knowledge to real estate agents using Clareity and Matrix. Course will cover Clareity dashboard and resources, Matrix basic functions as well as tools and tricks! Information in this course will help agents use the systems more effectively, and also save them time and frustration.

This class meets the 3-hour contracts TREC requirement for your license renewal.

This three-hour course will cover the One to Four Family Residential Contract and the forms that are commonly used when working with buyers. We will discuss what goes in the blanks, reasonable time frames, negotiable items and how to use special provisions. At the conclusion of class students should have a clear understanding of their duties and obligations to their buyers. This course will benefit REALTORS® because it will improve their contract knowledge and they will learn why it's so important for their paperwork to be completed correctly and thoroughly. Realtors should take this class to fully understand how to represent a buyer.

It's a good idea to have a pen and highlighter ready to take notes.
